Like all "current gen" (PS4 and Xbox One) games this game was also rushed.
Duh? Maybe I missed something where they earlier said it's no big deal?

I figured they were a pretty big team. I guess only 100 of them work. The others are there to fetch coffee/lunch/mail and run personal errands. 
I'd rather have the best they can do in a small portion, than in big amount but rehashed and in inferior quality.
Than gamers rush to call COD the same old every iteration.

Slightly Mad Studios is not that good in making games look at the titles they worked on before they made Project Cars they progressively got worse. On top of that they killed the Test Drive franchise with Test Drive: Ferrari Racing Legends which was both a critical failure and a huge finacial failure which pretty much killed the franchise.

Very true all they have to do is hire a few people from Playground games which made Forza Horizon and has a excellent day night cyle I'm sure that some of people from that studio probably also know how to make good weather effects since a good chunck of them are former Bizarre Creations employees and PGR 4 had pretty good weather effects for its time.
You guys want night driving? Go play Forza Horizon.
Its better than GT6 and Forza 5 as well. According to me and Metacritic!

It will be there for Forza 6.
You have to give them credit though. They won't add anything that doesn't live up to their standards for the sake of just matching the competition. Turn 10 has always been that way and I can appreciate that.
