I think Ryse and Killzone look impressive, but ironic that they prove that pretty graphics alone does not a great game make. 3D World runs smooth as butter at 60fps, which really does make a difference. I think its accepted that all new gen hardware (U,4,1) are capable of great looking games.

Well some are more capable than the others..

Ok...?

Ok ! I thought it was one of those lame, cop out, oblivious over simplifying ''they all look great!'' posts, sorry

They all don't look great!

When you have 8 cores and your outcome is killzone: Shadow fall on the Piece of Sh*T 4 then you should be a shame of yourself.

or how about Ryse on the GimmickBox 1, we are talking about 8 cores and yet GimmickBox 360 can do better.

The game that should win this poll is Super Mario 3D World, a true master piece. A game that will be played on Twitch 10 years from now. If you guys want to be part of history go out and by a Wii U!

Ryse so far for me. I don't have a PS4 yet so I can't comment on PS4 games but Ryse truly is a spectacular looking game.

hm...

it is a close one, probably Killzone?

don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

Cal me when WiiU gets a CryEngine game

I've seen most of the games in this poll and Ryse has the best visuals in my opinion. However, I it is also the worst game in this list in my opinion

After playing Ryse for maybe about an hour or maybe more on my cousin's XB1 I totally agree with you. The graphics are truly the best I have seen on the new consoles but the game is absolute rubbish.. just my opinion but then again a few reviewers agreed with me.

This game is all the proof you need that graphics don't make a good game.

Although SM3DW does look good I am afraid I am one of those that like to compare like for like. Realistic graphics v Realistic graphics and Cartoony Artwork v Cartoony Artwork.

Of the Cartoony games SM3DW wins but Sonic LW and Rayman Legends on the wii u does look good.

As for multi-plat games it is not fair to judge the wii u on these because they are all ports from the x360 (I think).

I am waiting for X but hopefully Project Cars maybe a good indicator as to how far the wii u is behind the PS4 and xbox one in graphics. That game is truly looking awesome and hopefully it can compete with the exclusives.

I heard the wii u version of Watchdogs is not a port so maybe that might shed some light.

It will be good if this thread is updated as more games are released because I think there are some big graphical hitters coming this year.

I'd certainly like to keep it updated as new releases come out. It'd make quite a cool record later in the generation as I remember games early in the 360's life blowing me away, yet by 2010 they looked ropey as hell in comparison to the newer releases.

RIP Dad 25/11/51 - 13/12/13. You will be missed but never forgotten.

Most visually impressive thing I've played is Battlefield 4 beta maxed out on PC. It is absolutely stunning.
Second place is surprisingly Call of Duty: Ghosts PC. It may take a lot to run it but the underwater missions looks absolutely breathtaking maxed out.

If we take art direction into account I would probably pick Rayman Legends. I've only played the demo, but the whole world is beautiful.
