Where can I play?

On a PC then yes, but let's see how the xbox version compares to forza and lets see how the ps3 version of pcars compares to gran turismo 6.

regardless, i'm definitely getting it on my pc though, hopefully you can play online with eveyrone on other system.s

One should hope it's Forza 5. The system it's on should be capable of much better graphics than the aging PS3.

We'll just have to see though, because it doesn't look like it thus far. It's not exactly worse, the difference is just overwhelmingly small!

Although Driveclub is starting to look mighty fine.

Forza 5 still has more detailed cars due to every car now having Autovista mode. And more customizable cars since Forza 3 due to custom paint jobs, body kits, engine swaps and drive-train conversions (most cars can be changed into front wheel drive, rear wheel drive or four wheel drive).

Drive club already looks better than Project cars.  I have pcars on my computer since i donated to their project a while back so i get free updates.   Even maxed out it don't look as good as Drive club if those drive club videos i saw are actually how it will look like

Yeah visually it looks very good on PC. I wonder how gameplay, attention to detail and content there will be with Project Cars, though. The budget seems big for a crowd funded game, but overall it's small.
