Will someone please fire Reggie and Iwata now, this is starting to piss me off. Money well spent on this garabe and not one game that wow me. Reggie stop lying to us and let someone who get the industry take your spot.

"Wow, that Smash/Metroid/Bayo/X trailer looks awesome. Sony and MS didn't bring anything meaningful but Nintendo at least tried! And that game looks awesome, maybe I'll look forward for a Wii U if I see more games like that."

This makes no sense. Metroid and a new 3D Mario obviously aren't in a form to show, and people do care about DK. It's just that it isn't a game to show at VGX.

Showing Zelda is the only good point you make in my opinion.

As much as Iwata and Reggie have been dropping the ball lately, something is clearly wrong when we're hearing Metroid, F-Zero and Pikmin would've been more relevant investments than DK....

WHY GO IN THE FIRST PLACE
This has no place it Nintendo strategy. It's the biggest dube-bro event of the year, more than E3, they they waste this opportunity to prove that the Wii U is a powerful next gen console that has a place for hard-core gamers, and announce a game that fans were already going to buy. Waste of time and hype, screw you Nintendo and your brain-dead analysts.

There is nothing to laugh about, I think is a great idea/plan, Nintendo has great games, but lacks hype and is actually very easy to get some, as you mentioned a trailer of any of those games could do wonders for the console, maybe not "save it", but at least improve its image just before christmas shopping.
