If Nintendo says 10M 3DS sold from Oct to Dec, then I would have lost my bet. Until then - carry on.

Did you read my OP? I put it as 11mil on purpose (it was shown here at 11.8mil) just incase of overtracking. Good thing too. Its still over 11mil by Nov 30th

What??? Your compaing one month to the entire year, ps3 got adjusted alot this year for being overtracked. 1 time for being over by a mil!

According to this http://www.joystiq.com/2013/12/12/november-npd-ps4-is-top-selling-console-xbox-one-is-fastest/ Nintendo's figures indicated that 3DS sold 770,000 in the US in November and the totals for 3DS surpassed 10.5 million. That means vgchartz overtracked by 238k for the month and about 500k for lifetime sales in the US.

 

However, vgchartz doesn't always overtrack anything Nintendo. For example: end of October vgchartz Wii U global figures 3.83 mil, Nintendo Wii U global figures 3.91 mil.
