Prepare to be disappointed, demolished? MS has mroe supply because they sold a lot less.....Sony is leading in every territory......that is not changing anytime soon.

Its just sad Sony didn't get enough units ready to meet demand
If they just could have had 2-3 Million more ready we could already finish this Gen.
Of course Microsoft won't catch up anymore but the gap could already be a lot more clear. Its not just about beating them - Its about getting them out of the business so we can go back to the great times we had with the PS1+PS2
Where are games like Jumping Jack Flash and stuff? Those are only possible if Sony is dominating as a lone king and Sony doesn't have to fear someone coming up with a "new CoD" wave to entertain the kids.
We lost that variety of genres completely in the early years of the PS360 Gen cause Sony had to battle and pump out games to counter the CoD/Halo hype and all those "cute" games were gone. Those are only possible with Sony being that dominant as we were used to.
We have indies these days but those aren't the same.

I thought it would have been more too but then again Sony had to send some stock to the US for Black Friday. What I get from those numbers is that Sony focused a lot more in US and UK, 1 millions in US, 250K in UK, that leaves about 850K in the rest of the world. It's like they shipped in 2 countries more than 60% of their stock. I think it's a good strategic since MS seems to have done the same.

US and Uk were their worst markets last gen.
They smashed the enemy on their own ground, rest of the world is theirs. Hell of a risk they took but worked out brilliant.

Everyone knows that but it still doesn't change the fact that in the US this week XBone probably outsold the PS4 2:1 on black friday and over the weekend, it was a huge weekend for the xbone in the US. We all know the PS4 is supply constrained and in greater demand, but right now for both companies it is all about how much they can ship, because it if it ships it sells.

No, MS has more supply because they literally shipped more.
In USA:
ps4 did 1m+ at launch
Then the enxt week it did 90k
Euro debut was 700k (which seems a bit low, I was expecting 800k)
This means that BF, ps4 sold 300k.
Infoscount doesn't actually say how much xbo was beating ps4. They only said it was ahead in their polling of the first 3000 customers. Target numbers showed xbo as .4% of total sales, and didn't show ps4 yet there were another 10 spots on their top thirty chart they omitted. PS4 and xbo were likely very close.
PS4 is therefore @around 2.1m+
and xbox is therefore at 1.4-1.6m+

Not much of a risk when you get pre-orders number. That helped them make a decision. Everytimes pre-orders stop in the US, they would open them again later and they would sold out again quickly. They had the numbers so it was not really a risk. I think they are very happy for the sales and demand but they also wish they had more stock.

So you honestly believe that Xbox only sold 200k-400k throughout 11/23-12/1 worldwide?
