well, cod is very popular and you can upgrade from ps3 version for only 10 bucks which did probably increase the attach ratio. if i'm not wrong the upgrade was for the retail version right? i would also upgrade if i would already own the ps3 version.

I'm surprised that Killzone sold more than 50% of Cod and is close to BF .As cod and BF usually are selling a lot more.

But to ease you.Let me tell you that Cod won't be the bestselling game in europe because Fifa is selling better in Europe than Cod.

LOL... the irony here is that before launch Sony fans were touting Ghost being in 1080p on PS4 as one of the reasons why the PS4 is superior to the XB1... and now that the game is the best selling PS4 launch title thanks to the shitstorm they raised they can't stand it!

Surely overtracked? haven't seen over 30,000 ppl on the online yet.
Haven't really played it much though tbh but this was in normal hours of the day.

Or do that many ppl really play for the single player? :s

CoD Ghosts is easily the most popular franchise on the new consoles, so no; I'm not surprised at all.

Exclusives may be the best reason to buy a new console, but they rarely have the same commercial draw (barring something like Halo in its prime).

My brother in law asked me about getting a PS4 as a long time PS3 user and he was pretty much just interested in it with respect to CoD and he more or less represents a sizable chunk of the median gamer market.

I didn't buy Ghosts; I stopped playing CoD after the original Black Ops and the only reason I played that one is because I was gifted a copy when it came out.

I am playing Killzone Shadow Fall however and have unopened copies of Battlefield 4 and Assassin's Creed 4 on the shelf when I'm ready. But I've actually been logging the most time playing Resogun. Just as addictive as Super Stardust HD, which was my first PSN Store purchase in 2007.
