For me itś a hard toss between Panzer Dragoon or Halo... Halo if I must choose :).

Pokemon

Everything from the Xeno series...

Or otherwise Final Fantasy.

I like how these questions return over the years.

Probably Civilization. It's not the best series I've played, but its replayability sure is great! What a time sink...

Zelda, for me, unsurprisingly.

Large collection of all-time great games, plus the guarantee of more to come.

Lots of good choices in this thread :)

Forethought have only played V and have no interest in the on-line version, I would say Elder Scrolls. Skyrim was just that good.

Or for an entire series I would chose Halo. Both are very addictive, have good an interesting stories, etc.

All I know is I couldnt imagine my life without Zelda

That is pretty hard, but I'll go with Zelda. Life wouldn't be the same.

edit: Aw shit, I forgot about MGS...

..........

:(

Specifically the Paper Mario Franchise. I could spend the rest of my life with my only gaming source as Paper Mario, Paper Mario Thousand Year Doors, Super Paper Mario, Paper Mario Sticker Star, and whatever future Paper Mario games there will be. I honestly play other games just waiting for the next Paper Mario game.

Can you tell I like Paper Mario?

It would be between Zelda and Mario. I prefer Zelda overall, but I would have to go with Mario:

There are far more Mario games and sub-franchises there than Zelda has.

I mean RPGs, Sports games, 2D/3D Platformers, party games what have you.
