The Wii U's lineup was absolutely better. Zombi U deserved better scores than Killzone. It wasn't as polished (oh lord was it unpolished) but it was a unique and fresh experience. New Super Mario Bros U had more creativity in some levels than Knack had in its entirety (possibly a gross exaggeration based on heresay as I have not played Knack). Nintendoland was clever and creative. Scribblenauts was a fun console exclusive, and Sing Party was fun for what it was. Sony has two exclusives, and only one was decent.
With all that being said, give Sony credit for marketing their product far more effectively than Nintendo. Sony did an effective job marketing their product. Nintendo did not. Simple as that.
