Yes ... 2 actually. The Bravia is in my gaming room and the Samsung is in the den.

Playstation = The Beast from the East

Sony + Nintendo = WIN! PS3 + PSV + PS4 + Wii U + 3DS

I bought an HD Ready TV in 2006, but weren't happy that HD Full was too expensive at the time. 3 years later i went for a 1080p TV and have not looked back :)

4k in 2 years i hope!

Yes, 1080p monitor.

quite a few tv's aren't full hd in the shops here, most of us are nerds so look out for it but of course they are less expensive now,

Yes, I've been with 1080p TVs since 2007.

I'm actually surprised a lot of people (excluding the elderly and children) actually have sub 1080p TVs. My coworker just recently replaced his old tube TV with a 55" Samsung and a Blu Ray player. Every other day he keeps telling me how amazed he is, and I keep telling him, "Welcome to the 21st century my friend." I'm waiting for him to calm down, so I can tell him about 4K TVs.

I am the Playstation Avenger.

I went from a 32" 4x3 480i TV to a 32" 16:9 1080p TV much improvement.

Then went to a 52" 16:9 1080p TV and it was much nicer with the larger size. Yes, the resolution is exactly the same on the 1080p screens, but the picture was better because the screen was bigger. It's one of the reasons I don't think that resolution is a be all end all.

And yes, if you get close enough you can count the pixels. So for anything larger I would definitely want a 4K TV.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Tell me a funny joke!

I have a 32inch 1080p LCD in my bedroom that I brought back in 2008;I also have a 47inch 1080p 120Hz Sharp LCD in my living room that I brought back in 2011.

End of 2016 prediction

PS4:43M-46M

XBONE:28M-33M

All the tvs in my house are 1080 and they have been for 5 years. All my tvs are at least 120 hz and my main tv is 240 hz led

I have a 720p/1080i 50" Panasonic plasma from 2007 that to this day still looks better than most 1080p LCD displays that you see at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc, so I have no reason to "upgrade" to a 1080p set for the time being.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
