I know I'm getting it.  Gotta support the move back to tradition and help them fund a fully fledged, ACiT esque Ratchet for PS4 to conclude the series and go along with the movie.  I'd rather have them end on a high note than have more games like A4O and FFA to keep it going.  Though I wish they'd just keep improving like they did from 2 until ACiT because I wasn't feeling staleness at all especially if they spaced it out for only like 2 in a gen.

Indeed ACiT was very very good and fresh its a shame they follow it up with two budget titles. The Ratchet IP is great I hope Sony don't forget about his holy platform trinity (Ratchet, Jak, Sly) I would love to see a well made Ratchet/Jak Crossover next gen title.

I hope they let Sanzaru make a new Jak I loved Sly 4 (actually my favorite game in the series) but as usual Sony didn't MARKET IT!  If they want more successful IPs they have to make sure people know they exist and Insomniac could've avoided so much series fatigue and kept their reputation much better if they had never made A4O or FFA and focused on making an awesome PS4 launch window Ratchet.  Think about it they would have not had a Ratchet game since 2009 so people would get more excited and it would obviously be top notch as they would've had years to make it.  Instead they push out two useless titles that do nothing but make people think the series has nothing left to offer and drive down the value of the IP with fatigue.   Let Insomniac take a couple years and release a PS4 Ratchet in 2015 near the movie release and get Sanzaru working on Jak and Daxter: *insert subtitle here*.  Then you'll have a well rounded stable with platformers to compliment your RPG (SSM and GG's rumored genres), action adventure (Infamous, the Order, Uncharted), Racing (Driveclub, GT7), and of course shooter (Killzone and errr...idk there's plenty of other shooters).

Zelda is doing great for a handheld Zelda game! Mario not so hot though.. Wii U is gonna suffer in this holiday onslaught of new console releases it seems.

PS4 is gonna be huge! Though I wouldn't be surprised if it were a bit over-tracked. Really can't see it doing a million in the US FW. I might be wrong though!

So it finally happened COD goes to PS4 as well on the preorder chart. Its a clean sweep.

CODG, BF4 and Killzone 3 could each sell over 500k first week in US alone, this is huge, but I do think PS4 preorders are slightly over tracked. Will wait and see.

Wow, I have to admit, I wasn't expecting CoD, BF4, and the other next gen multi-plats to rake in that many pre-orders by the time they release. Looks like I was wrong, big time.

And it's great to see Dark Souls 2 in the top 40.
