I bet the Vita cant do stereoscopic 3D better than the 3DS. |
at the expense of having a ridiculous battery life even when playing a game half as demanding as the vita.

I'm just passing through so don't mind me. This is your discussion. Just a pet peeve of mine. I was debating a guy that claimed the Xbox 360 got its wireless adapter because Microsoft was copying Sony's PS3. When I proved that the 360 had its wireless adapter at launch a year before the PS3, he attacked something else. On a different occasion, I got into a discussion with a guy about the PS2 having issues. He said "If the PS2 was defective, there would have been a class action lawsuit". When I proved to him that there was a lawsuit, he instantly attacked some other aspect that was unrelated. This happens all of the time where, when proven wrong, the loser of that particular indisputable point just can't say "Yeah, you were right about that. Good point."
He got the best of you in that exchange. He's not attacking the Vita's price or memory card or lack of sales. You said the Vita could do anything better than the 3DS (and, for the most part, you're right) but he found one thing the 3DS does better because the Vita can't do it at all. Yeah, he was right about that. Good point.
You'll get him next time. Anyway, carry on. Sorry for butting in.

Much as I loved The Last of Us, there are a large portion of people who think Super Mario Galaxy is the best game of this generation, but still this is a subjective argument. Objectively, Super Mario Galaxy has sold more than 20 million copies, so that trumps TLOU. |
No, it hasn't.

Doesn't matter (even though you're wrong) - as long as it finishes first.

Im not wrong.
Wii - 100.3 Million as of September
360 - 80 Million as of September
PS3 - 80 Million as of November
PS3 is still behind. It only just reached the 360 sales total of 2 Months ago. Right now, the PS3 is still in dead last 3rd place. It hasnt won the console war.

Possibly more impressive, or even best turnaround. Or most longevity... But "won"? No. It did not sell the most.

Wrong. As of the 30th of September, the 360 sold 79.4M units, not 80M.

Now, English isn't my first language but can you say "it did" when the action is still ongoing?

Yes, I can. And I just did. It's not reaching the Wii's 100 million units.
Now watch your tone before I backhand you.
