How many perfect ivs do you have on rotom? Also the carvana, do you have female hidden ability? (i dont carefor iv on that one). Also do you have female hidden ability eevee?

I want both Eevee+ Carvana! I'll give you a Bunnelby and your choice of a phantump (perfect ivs in the right spot hp/atk/def/sp def) or a ghastly/grimer both with perfect ivs in the right places (grimer has hidden abilty poison touch)

I'll go with gastly save me the trouble re breeding one myself.  So eevee and carvanagh for bunnelby and gastly yes.
