I don't think any amount of dark grittiness in Zelda would convince the "hardcore" to buy a Wii U.

Yeah its crazy. Even in the tiny details you can find vast improvement. The clothing stands out the most to me in that sense. The shadows, textures, and minor details look leaps ahead of the Wii.
