My personal interpretation is a fan is a guy who just loves something, while a fanboy loves something and wants its competition to crash and burn.

Fanboy is a derogatory word. A fanboy is someone who lets that bias get in the way of reason. They love something without question and fail to see the wrongdoings of the desired company, club, product, etc. Theyre generally REALLY annoying and impossible to have a reasonable discussion with.

Being biased, because everyone is biased Jay, isnt nearly as bad because biased people can still be reasonable.

Also, nobody is immune to the moderation. There is no mod protection.

Just want to let everybody know i do appreciate the feedback. Looks like most people see it as something harmless so in this case im wrong on this one :)

I think we should ban the word "unbiased" because it implicitly calls others biased.
