They can be the controller pioneer (even though Sony made the first contemporary controller) but that doesn't invalidate what they other guy said - Sony makes better controller than them.

Nope. Sony copies Nintendo and makes worse controllers. NES to SNES introduced the modern controller, N64 although weird is actually something you get used to. Better for larger hands, had analog stick, then they made the GCN then they made to this day the best design for a motion controlled device then they stuck a screen in a dual analog controller thats surprisingly comfortable.

There's a reason why both the N64 and the GC controller layout never existed for more than 1 generation.

I'll just quote Rol since I agree with exactly what he said.  Although I can make three reasons why Nintendo tops Sony.

Nintendo > Sony

1.  First party games when Playstation wasn't around.
2.  Third party games when Playstation wasn't around.
3.  Portable consoles.

SImply enough reason for me is that Nintendo isn't going anywhere, ever. The company which everyone thinks is about to go belly up makes more money than anyone can imagine.

They sold over five hundred thousand hardware units in the previous reported week. People buy Nintendo games as the primary source of their gaming needs with those Nintendo systems.

Basically Nintendo creates a Philosophers Stone every 8 years, either in the handheld or console venue. That's why they're the best, they'll always be entertaining us and our children.

I'd like to know why nobody has called me out on my earlier comments concerning Sony in the PS2 days. Perhaps people agree with me in that Sony and the majority of its developers were much more respectable back then.
