What is Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus?
Into the Nexus is the final part of the "Future" series of Ratchet & Clank games. Billed as a mid-sized adventure bigger than "Quest for Booty" but smaller than "A Crack in Time", the game provides an epilogue to the events of the previous games. Does that mean we'll get some closure about Ratchet's race & family? Who knows!
What can I expect from the game?
The Ratchet series mixes a heavy emphasis on third-person shooting with some light platforming & puzzle solving in colourful alien worlds, and after straying off the tried-and-true formula with recent entries, it seems Nexus is a return to this. Previews note that there are new Clank platforming sections which play a lot like the indie title VVVVVV; and that Ratchet gets a new gun giving him the ability to manipulate streams of gravity similar to Portal 2
Who is developing the title?
The game is being developed by series creators Insomniac Games, known for their work on the Spyro the Dragon & Resistance Trilogies, as well as being behind the majority of other R&C games. This particular title seems to be in development at the North Carolina Studio.

Gee Wizz, Kresnik, that sounds like the best thing since sliced bread! When & where can I get my hands on this bad boy, and how much will it cost me?
The game is releasing for PS3 (both physically and digitally) on November 12th in North America and November 13th in Europe, and it will cost $29.99/ €29.99. UK retailers seem to be taking pre-orders for £20.
