Because WiiU doesn't have next gen graphixxx and powahhhhh! Ain't no body got time for games when you can stare at the graphixxx and the powahhhh of Killzone and the glorious shine of Ryse! Who needs a bulky, not-hd, useless, childish gamepad when you have an amazing, innovating touch pad (or for only $300 you can get a Vita and use it as a gamepad....)!

Sure, a false dilemma is when you say something like "I can sit here and talk to you on VGChartz or I can go to school." It's a logical falacy because I'm sure we can come up with many other things I can do. For example, I can go fly a kite. By my original statement I misrepresented my options.

Now, in your case you are saying the only reasons ClassicGamingWhiz has not to buy a Wii U are the ones he listed therefore a PC is suitable for him. But as I have already done there could be more reasons than that. Just because he hasn't explicitly stated any other reasons doesn't mean there isnt anymore

Well because 1, a PC's graphics shit all over the PS4 and Xbox One. So if you want graphics and third party support, you will go PC. Going PC has never been as easy as it is this gen and it'll get even easier when steam gets their shit 'rollin.

In the end it will be cheaper. If you want to build a cheap PC there is this thing called Black Friday(take advantage of the online equivalent)

I don't blame you for it. it's a fine counter argument. But you cant expect him not having a reason to not get a PC. Especially since he was only responding to the OP which is Ps4 vs X1 vs WiiU. He may have a completely different reason why PC isnt suitable. Since he hasn't responded we kind of need to give him the benefit of the doubt until he responds. After he responds and doesnt counter your argument then we can determine if PC is his best option

The problem here is that people stop playing games and start paying for interactive movies. When I play a NIntendo games, I start playing immediately and the plot develop while advancing through the stages. Last month I finished Mass Effect 3, and I found 1 hour gameplay in the first 3 hours of the game. Kids developing their gamer skills in the last decade (2000-2010) have grown up with this kind of games, so they think this games are the highest bar to reach in terms of critics. Old people that were never into video games are reviewing games, they were called to he industry because of needs, and because the new games appeals to them like movies not games. When gamers try Nintendo games it is just pure gameplay, fun and joy. You feel happy, your imagination start open. The sequels of those modern games change in the plot but the gameplay is the same, what does that tell you? Mario, Zelda, Metroid and Donkey Kong have been changing all the way, the story, gameplay and characters.
I am not saying you have to like NIntendo games, but I am a 28 years old man, married with lots of responsibilities, and enjoy those games more than anything in the gaming industry. I have tried the PSP, my bro had the PS3, the XBOX has the same games as the PS3, and none have make me feel happy like I use my free time to rest and recover from all the bullshit this world throw at us during our lives. Check out youtube how many old grown gamers are playing Nintendo games? You should at least be asking yourself, why is that?

don't wory about that, the Gamecube didn't sell well at all, and it had the best games of that generation according to the mutiplatform gamers. Nintendo is not stupid, they know there are loyal Nintendo fans that deserve at least 5 years of games.

I have no HDD so far, and I downloaded every demo so far, have a lot of patches and some downloadable titles. I get the main games as retail-copies though, but if you look at numbers most people do that so far.

Since then is Bethesda top league (Rockstar is, no doubt about that)? And moer importantly: which next-gen console has Rockstar or Bethesda-games?
