Just an approximation based on the few software numbers released here and there and Sony saying that 60% of Vita software sales occurs digitally.

even if its 60% than adds up to 30k-35k, not 65k! I dont kno, Vita didn't bump either, maybe 30% digital is my guess, but i dont kno

38,785 copies to be more precise. But everything that we have are approximations (including vgchartz numbers) so I just use that formula to get a rough idea of how much a game has sold. So, even with 30k-35k, that's $1.2M to $1.4M in revenue from the digital sales in about 2-3 weeks so it's not too bad.
Is the 60% digital number on Vita number across all titles? If so, I can see the figure being considerably less for AAA titles as they are more expensive and more likely to be used as future trade-ins.
A lot of minis and other smaller, cheaper titles would dilute the number.
Final Fantasy XIII becomes the 19th PS3 '5' million seller. The PS3 now has more '5' million sellers than the original PlayStation.

Middle-tier games are dying, especially cartoony ones. Puppeteer, Wonderful 101, Little Big Planet Racing, Rayman ... bomba bomba bomba.
People want blockbuster type games or indie/smartphone/tablet games.
Disney Infinite also isn't selling that great to be honest, but I guess it will be one of those things that picks up over the holidays perhaps.
Sorry for being late with updating. Once again I was at school when this occurred.

Delaying Rayman Legends was probably Ubisoft's worst decision for a long time. They should have released the game in February, where the big canons weren't about to release (GTAV, Wind Waker, Pokemon).
I'm really saddened to see Killzone Mercenary's sales. And although I'll wait for NPD for confirmation on this oddly low USA number, it's still depressing.
Even if we assume the absolute best in digital sales, that just highlights another problem. Retail presence for Vita titles is just gonna die out more and more if even something like Killzone can't sell at retail. And I don't really want my physical Vita collection to consist only of titles from the first two years + NISA and Xseed releases =/
I can only hope Vita TV breathes some life back into it eventually.
On the plus side, glad to see Kingdom Hearts selling so well. USA was always a stronghold for the IP.
Someone make a "race to 100k"-gif chart for Killzone and Puppeteer. Yeah and throw The Wonderful 101 in there :P
Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.
