Used to be the biggest gaming company. Not anymore.

Nah the stil are, 3DS assures that.

How? Just because it is doing well in Japan?

Its doing well in USA/Europe, its doing amazing in Japan

It's doing ok in USA/Europe. It's no PSP, that's for sure.

Im pretty sure 3DS is tracking ahead of PSP in USA

The Wii was tracking ahead of the PS2 too.

Whats ur point? Completely different consoles, do u think 3DS is all of a sudden going to stop selling in the USA in the next 2-3 years? It has about 50% of the USA PSP userbase and with Pokemon/2DS it could rise to 65-70% by the end of the year. So it would have to sell 6-7 million units in the second half of its lifetime.

Europe is a different story, its tracking below PSP and might not pass its lifetime sales but Japan is almost gauranteed to.

Edit: what kind of argument is that anyway? U said 3DS is currently doing OK and is no PSP. Its doing better in 2/3 of the major territories and worldwide. What it does later in its life is irrelevent because we are talking about how Its doing now.

It'd doing medicore in USA and worse in Europe. What counts though is the WW total.

Just take a look at the 20 best-seller games of all time. That´s enough for anyone to know that they are, historically, the most sucessfull videogaming company

The recent sales of 3DS consoles and MH4 show me that not only are they the top dog, if they came out in support of some god awful inhuman things like murder, rape, and genocide; a massive amount of people would have the position of 'let's hear them out.'

It's utterly insane how successful that 3DS is right now.

U wouldnt hear them out?

I laughed so hard at that one my wife came in to see if I was watching South Park.

That doesn't mean much when most of the list is also on the '20 most bundled games of all time' list.

So moving hardware also "doesn't mean much?"

Ok.
