This is around the same numbers they have been saying for a while. Not sure why it's hard to believe, but I would be curious as to where they spend most of their time on live.

Which apps and games are used as broken down by age, gender, etc.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Yea, I'm thinking a decent amount of woman users just use it for streaming. Sure some game on it but I'm thinking that a majority are girlfriends and wives that use it for shows, movies and music.

A lot of women use Nintendo Wii's, DS and PSP's. I've witnessed a lot of them upgrading to 360's and PS3's. To say that the only use a woman has for a console is for viewing media doesn't read well.

i believe it but many of them are only second accounts of male gamers who made this account for their wife or girlfriend. i have also 2 accounts on my xbox which have been accounts for girls but both accounts have only some hundred or thousand gamerscore.

pretty much all of my friends have a second account for their wife and those play maybe every few months a round of uno or bomberman and many of them played 1vs100.

so yes, i think it's true but i don't think that you can use this number to plan your future investments because most xbox consoles will be sold to guys who have to like the console and the offerings.

it's like saying that 40% of people who use the expensive sound equipment in some peoples houses are female. it would be probably true but 95% of it was sold to males who decided to buy it because they "needed" it.
