Hmm...

 As shams pointed out, he is referring to software so his statements aren't off base at all.  The software numbers have some serious issue still imo and until those get worked out I hardly see the point in challenging an official at capcom on the point.  I personally don't think that diminishes the fantastic work being done on the hardware side, but I can definitely see how it causes concern for some people where it concerns hardware.

As for this "not very" argument...I hope you guys are joking.   Because the phrase "not very accurate", while it may sound ambigous, is certainly not.  It plain and simple means "I don't think they are accurate at all".
