Crazy Gen for sure. Next Gen is anyone's game really... Next 5 years should be interesting in the video game industry.

1) They did some math back in 2011 and stopped talking, or they are trolling like you
2) They did some math around the same time and probably conceeded that the Wii's lifetime sales, especially in certain regions could be surpassed by its Gen 7 competitors, or they are trolling again like you are

Gen 7 saw Nintendo become successful on a Blue Ocean strategy but burn out early, it saw Sony stumble early but do fairly well in the long run, and it saw Microsoft play both sides of the coin and do well as well. We've known this for quite a while (years really) and are now in Gen 8, I'll be interested to see how the three company's strategies change to adapt to a condensing market (if it does as I suspect)

we all know, no need to gloat, those people either left or shut up a long time ago
ppl really doubted ps3 in europe?
As soon as PS3 took off in 2009 it was evident it'd overtake 360, there was a slight blip in late 2010 with Kinect but didn't last long.
The other two become apparent in early 2011.

I'm still right here.
No one is getting near the 100M+ units the Wii has sold thus far. Some countries one console sells the most, in the other it doesn't. See xbox in japan and usa. What counts is the overall number.
We can have a bet in here, if by March 2015, PS3 or 360 passes the Wii, you win. If not you lose.
The loser requests 6 months ban.
What now ?
Yeah this has been common knowledge by most people with common sense for years.
On a side note it's nice to see all 3 with 3X% market share. Would be nice if that could continue into the forseeable future.
