Well, is there a price cut incoming for Japan in the next week two?  If so, you wouldn't expect many people to buy it now.

As far as I'm aware, the price cut is only for USA & Europe:

Maybe there's been some more news since then, but that was the last I heard about it.

On topic: At first I though that was awesome, now I'm not sure. I reckon that if that would've been the case, Capcom would've already made an PR statement. As they didn't include the words "The biggest FW of the franchise", I'm going to stay skeptic. Still, wonderful sales, I was expecting a much lower FW. Now, time to see the legs.

Does not appear there is a price cut coming for Japan. Vita's lowest week was right before a new model released though.
