Forums - Sales - Splinter Cell: Blacklist sales on Wii U account for less than 2% of total sales

lol total sales what a fucking joke.

How about (Number of Units Sold On Wii U / Wii U's sold)

Do that for each console and lets see the attach rate.

Total sales just under 300K (350 ~ 70% sales, Wii U 5k, PS3 85k)

360 = (0.21/78.4)*100 = 0.26%

PS3 = (0.085/79.1)*100  = 0.11%

WIi U = (0.005/3.6)*100 = 0.14%

Ubisoft Will most likely be reviewing its Sony support after this performance.

I can't speak for everyone but I don't bitch about anything since I own all three.

Clearly it has gotten to you though, which I suggest just ignoring.

What about games like Sonic & Sega Transformed and Rayman Legends? If studios make multiplatform games on Wii U that perform well, take advantage of the GamePad, and speak to the Wii U audience, then they'll do well in comparison to the PS3, X360, PS4, XOne versions.

Need For Speed Most Wanted U.  Better textures than all other console versions and more features.  Undeniably the best version.  It didn't come out at the same time as the other versions, or, it's an EA game, let's ignore it.  When some of you only own Nintendo consoles, the "it came out on other consoles first" excuse really dyoesn't work.  Even if you dislike EA for no reason at all, which most people do, you're hypocritical for not practicing what you preach, "supporting developers who put forth the effort to make a good port on the Wii U.".  Isn't that the common phrase I hear coming from Nintendo fans?

Are you addressing me with this tirade? Because I own all seventh and eighth generation systems AND I own Need for Speed Most Wanted U. And I don't remember making any of the points you reference.

The majority of the fanbase.  I was only quoting it to what you put though since it was a good reply regardless if you happened to fit in that category or not.  Need For Speed Most Wanted U does utilize the Wii U touch pad and is a much better version than the other console counterparts and still didn't sell well.

This was already discussed in the NPD thread.

I dunno, probably has something to do with the fact that it was originally a exclusive that went multiplat just before it released? Think about it.

six months =/= just before.

initially it was ment to release around mid year then it was delayed and announced multiplat so yeah whats your point?

the game became multiplatform six months before release, so it's not like the ps360 userbase were surprised when the game released in september.

You know how this stuff works, people that wanted the game had already pre ordered it long before the ps360 versions were even announced, but you must not follow pre orders...Figures.

the game does not even have what the other versions have and of course lets blame Nintendo fans for not being idiots who buy anything just to get 3rd party support!

I'm not buying half baked crap! do it like Rayman and I'll get it!

pleas invent something new rather than stick with the same crap all the time :P

    R.I.P Mr Iwata :'(

It is the prettiest version though I hear, even if it did have the feature I doubt it would have sold much more.

But we'll never know.

It must be because the WiiU version had longer loading times

Lol pezus what are you even up to xD

Kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy, really.

That a Wii U version existed wasn't announced until long after the other versions (same thing happened with Ghosts this year,) it wasn't advertised, it wasn't printed in big numbers, and the important thing is: It didn't NEED to sell big numbers.

It's turning a nice little profit selling like it does. And obviously all the Wii U owners who're interested have bought it.
