... I will be the foolish guy here and say i believe some of this is true.

About the GTA V, well, if Rockstar could pass a PC port, they could pass WiiU too, even if the port was paid, no doubt about this. And, since manhunt, i really don't know how rockstar feel about nintendo in general.

About the EA, problably true, since license for publishers works differently from that indie devs get. The dev kits could be returned if EA don't have more interest on it, since their contract problably stipulate some thing like annual fee for the last dev kit avaible with full support. 3DS is getting FIFA 14, so, seems pretty reasonable to me.

About the letter, actually, its possible, since iwata said before the WiiU launch that hey almost give up on the project cafe.

About Retro, HAHAHAHAHAHA.

About NOA, nah, iwata problably got closer because reggie don't know how to name their products(2DS was, sure thing) or spread the word about then. And localisation.

About VC, not corroborates this so far.

The cross feature seems reasonable, since the ex maketing chief from nintendo said recently they did the same thing in GC era.

NOE, well, i hate NOA, but i feel sorry for europeans the most. And Iwata. Satoru and shibata, keeping things on family.

About EAD, people get out of companies every day, not aways for the same reason.

Pikmin, i dont care.

The most intriging thing about theses rumors is: nothing about 3DS(besides 2DS)? He only talk about the less sucessful console? strange.

"Hardware design isn’t about making the most powerful thing you can.
Today most hardware design is left to other companies, but when you make hardware without taking into account the needs of the eventual software developers, you end up with bloated hardware full of pointless excess. From the outset one must consider design from both a hardware and software perspective."

Iwata was cool, then was bad, but starts to do good things again. The Retro thing was confirmed when they said they "choose" to work in DK.

Btw, I have a fear that the Miyamoto IP will be something dissapointing, some downloadable game. In the end, my hopes are for something similar to Banjo-Kazooie adveture type or something new a la Wii Sports/Wii Fit. I'll be happy with either of those two.

We don't know how much time Miyamoto has left at Nintendo. I don't think he would waste his time with a free to play or eshop or small title.

EDIT: Found that quote on GenGame:

If I’m not mistaken, Pikmin was the last time you worked on a truly new adventure type game. Don’t you miss this?

I happen to be working on a completely new game even now. The project is actually getting busier lately. (bigger title with adventure aspects confirmed)?)

They confirmed over the summer, sometime after E3, that Miyamoto and Nintendo were working on a free-to-play title based on the Steel Diver 3DS game.  So, it is very much a reality.  I assume the new IP he's developing is something that could help Wii U sell better in the west.  Hasn't Miyamoto always sort of hinted that he's wanted to make an FPS game?  "I could have made Halo".

Stell Diver for Wii U isn't made by Miyamoto.

I'm sure he has a hand in it.  Seeing as it's Nintendo first foray into that kind of game, they would surely use Miyamoto's input, even if he's not working on it directly, or in any official capacity.

Miyamoto oversees every freaking game. But that doesn't mean he is actively working on it. He gives them tips and ideas/opinions.

Well yeah, if you're using the word "made" literally, then he doesn't "make" anything .  He's a supervisor, not a programmer.

The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.

I didn't mean programming the game. I meant having the idea for gameplay, story, mechanics, graphics, etc. Like with Mario, Zelda, Pikmin.

Lol! 2 million? That's a bull of crap!

It actually could be true, W101 had a higher budget than bayonetta did and bayonetta wasnt consider a success. So it may have needed around 2 million to make a profit.

So you are suggesting a minimum budget of around $70 million ^_^

OT: This was great. Poor hypothetical Reggie.
