That's exactly my point from the original post. That was the fan rumour for months and Sony let it spread far and wide before correcting it.

That's reaching at best, since most chatter about the PS4 doesn't come from fans, or Sony, but devs. Besides, Microsoft has let things pass recently, too - look how long it took for them to admit the dGPU wasn't real. If you call one out, call them all out. It's not exclusive to anyone.


I don't recall any dev making those claims, it was full fan assumptions. And were talking months here before an official statement, as opposed to days for this recent xbox rumour.

If you knew the games industry youd know 90% of developers do post on sites like this and on GAF, yes the actual professionals, yeah there will be alot of arm chair gamers as well, stirring the pot, but just because someone is posting on a forum doesnt mean there talking out of there arse.

Its amazing you can give Sonyfanboys legit arguments and they just continue to defend Sony without even trying to consider if the arguments could be legit.

But this is nothing new, it was the same last generation so it is no surprise that the same narrow-minded people who praised back then the pseudo power of the ps3 all the time, will praise this generation the pseudo power of the ps4.

And legit arguments will not do anything to them, you can show them the games which look exactly the same on both systems, even if they look most of the time better on xbox they still will argue that the ps 3 or ps4 is more powerful.

So it is just a waste of time, never argue with a Sonyfanboy it is like to argue with a mentally disabled person or like to argue with a child they obviously have not the mental capacities to comprehend legit arguments or for a real discussion.

LOL...Why do Microsoft employees always feel the need to tell us how to think and feel when we have enough spec information to know better? Thats like dodging the fact that the PS4 will be more powerful to promote the cloud. LOL No doubt Forza will be great, but please....spare me the bullshit.

The PS3 technically was more powerful than the 360 but created a developer bottleneck for multiplats. This time it will be both exclusives and multiplats looking good. I don't see what the problem is here.

I am sure that the conditions are not that different this generation than they was last generation, the multiplatform games will probably look equal on xbox one and playstation 4 just like it was last generation and both will get gorgeous exclusive games. Xbox one and Ps4 are on par way to less difference that there ever could be a game which would not be possible in an equal quality on the other system.
