Everyone knows it's going to be Bravely Default Final Fantasy in the US. It's surprising that's not the case for Europe. We all know Squaresoft tagging everything as Final Fantasy for the western markets to make them sell.

It's like Japanese developers question the west's intelligence. Shin Megami Tensei everything, Final Fantasy everything, etc.

I'm honestly surprised they didn't start calling the Dragon Quest games. Dragon Quest: Final Fantasy, just to have Final Fantasy in the subtitle.

I don't know what to say. You really think Square would do that with the Eidos titles? What are you accusing them of? The real FF titles you mentioned up there is because Chocobo is a part of the franchise and the other ones is just like what Nintendo has done. They just reuse the name because it could fit.

The reason this one isn't called FF is because it isn't published by Square.
