Japanese devs have a boner for making successful games and franchises on PlayStation/Xbox and then switching over to Nintendo to watch them all die, game by game

Such as?

Off the top of my head, I suppose Dragon Quest X could qualify, (though an as MMO it was likely be financially successful) but on the other hand, Monster Hunter did better on Wii than PS2.

Resident Evil on top of my head. Compare the sales on Nintendo platforms and PS platforms

Resident Evil didn't die on Nintendo systems though, it did well on both Gamecube and Wii. What killed it was RE6; a PS3/360 game.

yes cause RE revelations sold so well on 3ds and wii u. And PSP MH still did better than Wii one

Resident Evil 4 topped 2 million each on both GCN and Wii. REmake, Umbrella Chronicles, and RE Zero all topped a million. Monster Hunter Tri cleared 2 million. None of these are even remotely close to "dying" as Kane put it. One outlier doesn't negate overall healthy sales.

YES!!

The Seeds of Clover Studio have grown Platinum leaves!!

The part of Capcom that actually was willing to put quality titles on the Gamecube when it was a distant thought to most 3rd party developers.

MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!

It only gets better when you UNITE with The N.
UNITY is well underway.

I find it sad that some Nintendo only want Platinum to work on old Nintendo IPs instead.

Platinum could (maybe even should) be used as a "concept factory" to produce new IPs and games. Their members are talented and creative, something proven with the games they have created being Platinum and Clover, that would be perfect for that task. Sure, 2/3 of those games would flop, but even then they still would make some small hits that in the long term would greatly benefit Nintendo.

maybe they do want to play the same old franchises over and over again.

And that wouldn't be a problem if they let Nintendo do new games.

Let's face it, Nintendo has enough teams to make those games (Star Fox, F-Zero, Metroid, etc.), they don't need to buy new studios to make them. No, if those games aren't coming is simply because Nintendo don't want to make them.

Please excuse my bad English.

If the franchise wasnt ported to PS and Xbox, it would have died.

RE6 killed it because it was a bad game. It would have flopped on any system.

Resident Evil did well for itself on Wii, achieving sustainable sales; it would not have died without PS3/360.

RE6 did indeed fail cos it was trash, but the point is, the game that "killed" the series had nothing to do with Nintendo.
