as i said, i have no fucking idea. maybe the mech AI? like in forza driveatar? |
You're getting Forza and Titanfall confused. To my knowledge Respawn has said nothing about AI (I may be wrong, but I haven't heard it). They wanted the "cloud" in order to have dedicated servers like a PC game would.

Why would you need teh Cloud for Dedi servers? I know PS3 games that have dedi servers and they don't need teh power of teh cloud.

The AI??? Isn't this a multiplayer only game? What AI? |
You fight bots along with other humans during the game. Keeps the teams big and the gameplay hectic. Of course, you get more points for killing a human or a titan than you do an AI bot (I'm not even sure if bots will call down Titans for themselves or not).
Since it's an online-only game Respawn will be able to take advantage of whatever cloud computing power Microsoft has to offer, and Microsoft's robust server system makes it possible for Respawn to give the game dedicated servers, and all the advantages that come with that. AI is probably part of that; they might be able to run the bots through the cloud, freeing up the local X1 hardware to do other tasks. There's no way a small team like Respawn could have had dedicated servers for their game without Microsoft stepping in and making it possible.

They are cheaper with the cloud making it a lot more common is all.
Bots will be in TitanFall from what I understand and I would assume they also have game modes that has bots as the main enemy. Maybe similar to horde or something like Unreal Tournament 3's campaign.

I see it being a moderate system seller, simply because not everyone has a high end PC, and the X1 version will have the advantage of being seen as the superior "next gen" version over 360.
I'm not certain it will be a huge system seller since it will also be released on PC and the 360, but it has the potential to boost Xbox One sales since it will be the only next-gen console to receive it so far (provided that the game is as good as it appears to be). With that said, I'm going to get it for PC since I prefer a mouse and keyboard for FPS games (I wish Destiny was getting a PC release).
I dont like FPS so much.
But if i would choose one to play, would be titanfall in Xbox One.

Mostly what he said ^^^^^^
