OT: I'm with those saying families first and then the rest should follow acording to their age, from younger to older.

The funny thing is many Eastern European countries still haent recovered from war. Their men supply is much lower than the woman.

So I agree woman should go to the next war to even out the numbers. Or they should change loaws to allow men to have up to 4 wives.

Volunteers followed by adults with terminal diseases should be the lowest priority, while children followed by their caretakers should be top priority. Other than that, age should be the deciding factor. If there is a dispute among people of similar age, their priority should be declared by chance.

Well, if you safe kids first, you have to save their parents as well. At the very least, one of the parents and children are usually more attached to the mother so in that aspect, it makes sense. You save the kids and their mothers.

Random women getting priority doesn't make sense, but that's society for ya.

I think the idea is because women can bear children, and it's also polite. As someone else said, mothers should be given priority over those who are not mothers of children.

But back when this guideline was made, the world was not overpopulated. Now it kind of is, but the guideline still remains.
