Should've been a next gen title. LP1 only sold as great as it did because new 360 owners were starved for games.

I always felt it sold as well as it did because of the relative freshness of its approach and use of mecha vs bugs vs evil mecha.

This game will bomb more than any listed. This takes the title of I cant believe they made that game from Devils Cartel. LP2 was a bomb itself. Army of two while not a big series I wouldn't call a bomb becuase I dont think anyone expected it to do big numbers.

Capcom was pushing LP2 hard before it came out to terrible reviews and sales.

i dont think it will even come close to just one of the LP2 versions(PS3 or 360) seems to be getting less attention and it just looks more bland. LP2 looked interesting, dont know why they didnt expand on that and improve what needed to be improved. kinda shock they even let a number 3 release

The first one sold like 2.7 and the second one 1.6 million combined... they were fun popcorn shooters.. i think people expected more then 0.24..
