I know there is another Xperia Coming but i don't want to spend over $400 for a tablet (i know the next xperia will be at or above $400) and the Z is too much for me since i pre-ordered a PS4 so $350 or less is fine for me.  

I got the Sony Xperia Tablet S 9.4" 16GB for $317.94 since it was on sale and it came with a free carrying case($40 value) and there was one left in stock and i heard good things about it so i decided to get it since it was a good deal from Amazon. I also got a protector screen and a 2 year warrenty which made me spend $405.96(this is an all together price with the Xperia + 2 Year Warrenty + Screen Protector . The protector alone was $18.54 and the warrenty alone was $69.97) I spent more than i wanted but no matter what when i buy electronics i buy an extended warrenty and for touch screens i always get screen protectors but it would have costed a lot more if i spent $400 on the tablet alone.  It is a thing for me and i always like to make sure my electronics are protected(i always make sure that i take care of my electronics since some of them are not cheap like TV's,Gaming Systems, certain Tablets, etc. but things can happen and it could break) I got it in the mail today and surprised that it only took 2 days to arrive in California from Florida. I am really enjoying it and i don't regret anything.  I love that it can control 2 of my TV's, A DVD Player, and a Surround System.  Now i can also watch my movies that i bought on my PS3 as well as my PlayStation Mobile games that i got from the PS Vita. I already love it and glad that i purchased it. The screen size is great for me since all i had was a 2"X2 5/8" LG smartphone(it is great but the screen is too small) so a 9.4" is a great step up for me(probably not for others)

Does anyone else here own it?

I have the Xperia Z tablet, but i must say the Sony range is fantastic.

I personally don't see enough pros over a big screen smartphone to warrant spending 400$ on a tablet. It's simply not worth the money for me so I can't afford it over other things.

That said I really like the Xperia Tablet Z and even considered getting it but I passed. Great you're happy with your purchase, I also like to have unified electronics (Sony right now) so it links up giving some convinient options and bonuses.

Xperia S is a crap budget tablet, much better budget tabs out there like nexus and kindle.

The Xperia Z range tablets are great though. Their Z spart phones are not as good as HTC or Samsung though.

I have the Tablet Z, I love it, especially the "Sony Reader"

I want a z but im kinda leaning towards the galaxy note 8 or 10.
Every time I go looking I talk my self out if it, its hard to justify the cost when I have a smart phone.

They look good but i don't have any need to buy any tablet at all.

I am probably going to get an Xperia Z within a couple of weeks however if Sony announces a xperia Tablet in the style of honami I don't know whether I should wait those couple of months. Let's see what they announce on 4 september

I'm rather sure, you should be able to run SmartGlass on that thing too.
