NFS Most Wanted (2012) looks beautiful. I wouldn't say it's the best, but it's definitely very nice.

I really enjoyed Rayman Origins, LoZ: Skyward Sword and Ni no Kuni as far as appealing to the eyes go, on a technical level I would choose Uncharted 2/3 and the Last of Us.
