I went with Bioshock Infinite. Still haven't played it, but from what I saw the style of the graphics in this is amazing. So that's the most appealing to me. Technically I guess The Last of Us looks better though.

Honestly something like "Ducktales Remastered" is more visually appealing to me than several games listed there.
This year I'd say "Ni No Kuni" was one of the best looking games I played.
From the list I'd go with "Last of Us" due to story telling in environment and mix of color in its setting.

Halo 4 is my pick. The Last of Us is not very far behind, thanks to the extra power of the PS3, but I give Halo the nod because of its outstanding art direction and more set-piece moments/special effects.

From those options The last of us had me pausing to look at the scenery the most. But I would put Ni No Kuni and Journey ahead of all of them.
If we include past gens, Ico, SotC, Windwaker and Okami have them all beat.
