My mistake. I forgot that it was necessary to read through every single post on a thread before I reply to someone.

Basically, pay it no mind, some folk just think gaming hit its gloden age with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, before that there folk that believed it hit it with GTA3, before that people that thought it hit its Golden Age with Metal Gear Solid, before that folk that believe it hit its golden age with Mortal Kombat II and before that folk that thought Super Mario 3. I'm going to stop there but the fact is many folk that despite their actual ages are just getting into gaming and only care about the recent hottness and dismiss history and facts.

This people are not to be taken seriously and when you do you hurt the industry by giving simple folk platforms they should never have.

I would the Wii U a young Puppy since it is almost a year old but yeah both PS4 and Xbox One are fetuses that have yet to be born but are past the line where abortions are legal.

The Wii was a revolution! Most everybody heard about it - it brought in new new people to gaming.

But it hasn't been able to maintain it's position. And the WiiU seems similar to the GameCube in many ways - in my interpretation of public awareness.
