Find some way to lower the game development budget. Selling 3 million copies of a game should make a profit.

Make a few retro style games as well. An old school FF VI style game would be fairly cheap to make, could be released on every console and would make a ton of money provided it was good.

Give out Xenogears! You get a Xenogears! He gets a Xenogears! She gets a Xenogears! Everyone gets a Xenogears!

stop with the mobile gaming crap, remake ffvi for 3DS and vii for PS4, fire kitase and nomura and hire back sakaguchi and uematsu, lower your gaming budgets, and for gods sake make another Chrono game

Instead of building new experiences on the mobile platform, use the massive back catalog of games that already exist for that.

Use Sony to push uber Japanese style RPG's and Final Fantasy.
Use Microsoft for nothing.
Use Nintendo for remakes of older successful titles.

The boring answer? Reduce development costs dramatically, force paycuts all around, not develop any new engines, hire staff that can actually write interesting characters and stories

The fun answer? FFIX remake, Chrono trigger remake and FF VI remake
