Bit of the opposite for me. I've played both SS and WW, but not TP. Though, in my case, I bought neither, and finished neither, so take that for what it is.

I'm not saying all of those 3-4 million gamers are allergic to color and want Zelda to be dark and gritty and brown and gray all the time. I'm not even going to suggest that they're simply allergic to motion controls. I'm just saying... Twilight Princess is relatively bland and I hope I never have to say that about another Zelda game ever again.

You're right, it does seem that the Legend of Zelda's that have the more realistic graphic type styles are the more popluar ones.

Skyward Sword would have been perfect if it didn't have repetitive levels and bosses. The story is fantastic, but i like Twilight Princess so much more.

Twilight Princess has better visuals and music, and Midna, who's pure awesome, but Skyward Sword is superior overall thanks to its controls. The swordplay was superb and really made the battles intense and immersive.

Both are among the best games of the 7th gen.

I've had this debate a bunch of times, so I'll sum it up that as a game that debuted as a Wii launch title, I personally consider it 7th gen.

Well the game was built around the gamecube limitations.
