The game has some "strong language." But I somehow missed the violence and drug use.

Sometimes drug use in games can be down to if a Health pickup resembles a known drug or just simply calling a painkiller something like anadin or codedin, that was why state of decay was banned down under until they changed the game a bit so that all the health pickups and boosters are called vitamins.

Been watching my kids play for the last few days. I swear it looks like running around and kicking dudes like 40 feet is completely satisfying.



I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

I can safely say Crackdown>Crackdown 2. The world is just a lot more interesting than the second and I just don't understand why they got rid of some features like morphing cars and gun scopes. Hopefully Crackdown 3 goes back to fighting gangs.

First 2 weeks of this month we get to Download and Keep a free copy of Crackdown from Microsoft, by no means a bad game in itself but I believe I purchased my copy of this from gamestop new about 2 years ago for .98c along with a copy of Bullet witch. guess i can find those last 24 agility orbs.  im half way on the hidden.  i didnt realize they had an update to crackdown that made the orbs range wider so you can hear them better.  major nelson said it on the podcast.  i knew there was something different about it.

If you didn't notice btw there is also 2 free dlc's for it, one which gives you a few boosters for play it lists unlimited cheating as one of them and another free dlc which says it a pack of 4 characters. I just put them downloading there so I don't know if they're something big or tiny, it comes to about 90mb in filesize and it's free tho, so check it out. Nothing quite like free dlc with your free game :D

Didn't ever think you were russian from your posts on here that I've read Zappy have to say one thing about Russia atm which is in the news, from the Wiki on the Winter Olympics being held in your country next year "There have been controversies and concerns affecting the upcoming Winter Olympics. The major disputes are with Circassians, environmental and economic issues, lack of political stability and governance and the safety and human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) athletes, supporters and journalists" it actually put a shiver up my spine to think that there are athletes who spend their life getting ready for this event but now may be put off going because of their sexuality or not compete as well as they could do simply from worry about the angry stance towards them. Really really upsetting....

the ones with booklets were 3euros and without were 2euros so all games pictured here set me back a total just under 30euros. Even tho I know it's a handful of multiplats and stuff it's just all games I've not played this gen and figured if it's the price of a cup of tea I will probably play them for slightly longer than a Tea would last, Since I've not played one of um any advice on anything good I got would be appreciated.

Oh, I live in Los Angeles - hence my planning of the 1st ever VGCartz E3 meet up earlier this year. (And Microsoft treating me to the Global Media Event, my sometimes inside knowledge of Sony, Activision, Sony's Gaming, etc.)

I'm a blend of many things but not Russian (well perhaps a tiny amount - because of my colouring people often assume I'm Irish actually!).  I know some Russian people, and they are wonderful, and live near a Russian and Gay community, and they work well together.  I also live near an Ethiopian community -  love the food there. Los Angeles has many of little 'pocket' cities within the city.  The most of any place I have ever been.

But the current state of the Russian government, yes, I think they may likely lose the Olympic games because all of those shenanigans.  I didn't realize some of the things till your post.  When you dehumanize people you lose.  It's hard to believe with all the progress in the world they are doing that.  It's so sad.

I think if perhaps Germany had lost the Olympic Games during a certain party's ruling, then perhaps they might not have reelected a certain person, and WW2 and all it's atrocities, might not have happened.  Or if the UK Government had not tortured Alan Turning (because he was gay) and he and Bill Gates to a chance to work together how more amazing the world could be today.

Anyway, happy times, enjoy all your great game finds! 



 

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Ah sorry I had overlooked info regarding your vgchartz E3 meetup, normally I see those things on various sites I visit but yeah the chances of them being anywhere near me here in the south of Ireland are slim and none so I kinda tend not to read about them since it's just saddening to miss out on um all.

Regarding the Winter games btw I seriously doubt that they wont be held in Russia but I would think there will be a lot of regulations from outside Russia put in place to try to make sure they dont for one... arrest all the gay and lesbian athletes, but like I said I do not doubt that some people will not attend these games because of the views of the country holding them and yeah the gaps between 3 winter games is actually 12 years so for someone who competed in the last games but wont get to again until the next one they are going to be completely past their prime, very sad to think people will miss their only chances at Olympic gold because of this.

As for all those new games I got..... spent the weekend playing Super Smash Bros Melee on the GC with mates hah. I have a backlog so shameful at this stage adding 11 more games to it is a drop in an ocean.

Played this one a long time ago, pretty good game but the open-world doesn't really match up to more recent games.

Also, I hate to be that guy, but MS should really start adding some newer titles to this service. PS Plus just got Hitman Absolution, a game from 2012. Crackdown is from 2007. Rant over, enjoy the game guys.
