I said if there are a few games out now that you want, but people are still waiting for more.  The games out now are enough to keep people busy until 3D World, WW HD, Sonic Lost World, Wonderful 101 and Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze come out later this year.  Then those will keep people busy until the early 2014 releases like Mario Kart 8, and maybe X and Bayonetta 2, I have to check for those.  People are waiting for all the games to be out at once when you could buy it now and be playing games the whole time.  That is what I was saying.

i dont agree with u at all. i wouldnt buy a console because a game i want is coming out 8 months from now. i never buy a console until there are at least 5 titles i really want to play.


Lets say those 5 games are NSMBU, Pikmin 3, Mario Kart 8, 3D World and DKTF, just for arguements sake.  Lets say you buy a Wii U now, NSMBU and Pikmin 3 will keep you busy for a couple months until 3D World and DKTF come out, then those will keep you busy until early 2014 when Mario Kart 8 comes out.  If you wait until Mario Kart 8 comes out then you have a bunch of games you have to play and you might rush through them to play them all, if you get it now you could be playing the games the whole time.

I don't think you're alone, I think consumers in general are burned out on the New Super Mario Bros series.

I think the point of the OP was to list exclusives because you have to buy the system to play them, hence "why you should get a Wii U."

That said, I myself am looking forward to getting Batman Arkham Origins and Watch Dogs on Wii U.

All those games look great! And I will get a WiiU when it gets cheaper, but I first I will get a PS4 and Xbox One.

I'm sorry, are you suggesting 2 games can keep you busy for...3-4 months?

The average play time in the United States, at least, is upwards of 13 hours a week. Multiply that by 14 weeks and you have something like 180 hours on average.

...I find it very hard to believe those games wouldn't get stale if you tried to play them 180 hours. And for upwards of $400 US, I'd expect more than that.

No you are not reading what i wrote. I dont want anything that is out for WIi U nothing that is coming out this year is anything that I want and Im sure Im not alone. Please dont try to speak for everyone. Again I will wait for games to come out that I ACTUALLY want to play. ANd if that is next year then so be it.

...what?  So I was talking to NintendoPie, then you said "why should someone buy a console if it DOESNT have any games a person want right now?"  Then I said in the example I was talking to NintendoPie was if there are already some games out that someone wants to play and then you said I'm not even reading what you wrote...If there is nothing out that you want then don't buy a Wii U,the example I said was if there was a few games out that a person wants.  Also saying you don't want Pikmin 3, Wonderful 101, Sonic Lost World, Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, WW HD and Super Mario 3D World and saying your not alone, I'm sure most people that are getting a Wii U are interested in at least one of those games.  I was never trying to speak for everyone, but the majority of Wii U owners are interested in those games.
