Hardware will be lower than we might expect. It's not exactly aimed at the Monster Hunter audience, but anticipation for the 2DS will hurt 3DS hardware sales from now till its release.

Of course, once it DOES release, all hell will break loose in the hardware charts.

Put me down for 1.3 million first-week sales for MH4.

2DS wont sell in japan, at least no word of it (if i misinterpret your post my baddd)

your gonna want to change it, even if a little. First shipment was suppose to be 600k wen pre orders first came up, less than 3 weeks later capcom had to change it to 1mil cuz of high demand! Did i mention this happened before July???? lol

300k from MH4?

Has it ever sold that much before? I mean in terms of hardware in 1 week. I can see like 110-150k but 300 o.O



animal crossing had 178,637 sales that week wen it opened up with 640k software sales. MH4 will open with over a mil, yeah im sure, lowest you'll see is 200k imo

My Software Prediction: 1.928.374

The PSP sold 328.711 when Monster Hunter Freedom 3 was released. I expect similar Numbers for 3DS.

how psp's were there sold at the time? 3DS should be at 12.5mil right before the time MH4 hits
