I guess this next quarter coming will be the problem as they start to manufacturer 3-5 million devices (costly)... I think R&D this time has not been such a big issue for Sony.

This might be the last quarter of profits for SCE before PS4 releases. I'm not expecting profits for quarters 2, 3 and 4 due to the production of PS4.

Well PS4 don't have the massive $300 loss per console like PS3... I think they are selling the PS4 with little to no loss.
