I figured I do an actual breakdown of this upcoming E3 to show just how little time MS will have to announce surprises:

Very likely/confirmed

  • AR/VR: 10-15 minutes
  • CoD demo: 7.5-10 minutes
  • Halo 5 singleplyer demo and possible BTB announcement demo: 7.5-10 minutes
  • Rise of the Tomb Raider demo: 3-5 minutes
  • Scalebound trailer and/or demo: 3-5 minutes
  • Forza 6 trailer and/or demo: 3-5 minutes
  • ID@Xbox montage trailer: 3-5 minutes

Minimum time: 37 minutes | Maximum time: 55 minutes

Likely

  • Rock Band 4 (Harmonix has showed previous Rock Band games during Microsoft's E3): 3-4 minutes
  • The Division (MS has the marketing rights to the game and has shown it at their past 2 E3 conferences): 2-4 minutes
  • Gears Collection or Gears 1 remake (rumored): 3-5 minutes
  • Battletoads (rumored): 2-3 minutes
  • Banjo 3 (rumored): 3-5 minutes
  • Joe Montana Football: 3-5 minutes
  • EA Sports showcase (has shown up at previous Microsoft E3 conferences): 5-10 minutes
  • Windows 10 revamped UI demo: 5-7 minutes

Minimum Time: 26 minutes | Maximum time: 43 minutes

Possible

  • Guitar Hero (rumored for an E3 announce and Activision doesn't have their own conference): 2-4 minutes
  • Crackdown (I think this will be a Holiday 2016 release and won't get a demo until Gamescom, but it could be at E3): 3-4 minutes
  • Xbox Slim announcement: 3-5 minutes
  • Fable Legends trailer or demo: 2-4 minutes
  • Gigantic trailer or demo: 2-4 minutes
  • Assassin's Creed Victory (MS got the marketing rights to Unity last year, so it's possible this year as well): 3-5 minutes

Minimum time: 15 minutes | Maximum time: 26 minutes

MS needs to convince E3 to give them 120 minutes instead of 90 : /

I would be good with this E3. Also MSFT doesn't need to show any new games to have the best E3, they could focus on the games that have already been announced.

There will be surprises like there is every year.

Was going to buy FF Type-0 today, but got FFX/X2 instead. So what are the impressions of Type-0 in here?

Wanna play it really bad but refuse to pay $60 for a PSP port and a demo

My first ever FF game and I really enjoyed the combat. The dungeons could have been better and the overworld felt really empty.

The story can be intimidating at times, they throw a bunch of techno jumbo at you that made little sense to me.

Overall, I'd say that I enjoyed the game mainly cause I was itching to play a JRPG lately. If you go into it expecting nothing more than a PSP game, you'll probably like it.

It's on a sale right now on amazon. I think it's $50. You might still be able to sell the demo off if you don't care for it and make back $15-20.

Was the main reason i went with FFX.  That and because the new PS4 update screwed up remote play on Shield so i need to fix that first as i dont want to play on TV

EDIT:  Remote Play works again on Shield xD WOOOHOO!!!

Sometimes I wonder if games like Banjo 3 wouldn't be new games for some just because they are rumoured. I mean, yes there are games rumoured and if exactly these will be announced then we heard about them before they got shown but if they show 5 games which are rumoured or 5 games as surprise because there weren't rumours before, in the end we see 5 new games never announced and shown before.

Sure, a surprise is more fun in that moment as to already expect something but in the end you will play the same game a year or two later with or without rumour, it doesn't change games and it won't change the fun you have with it when releasing.

It does obviously suck if they will show as example Banjo 3 and you hope not because you don't like Banjo but that's another story...

And they will also show something we don't know about yet as long as there won't be once again an employee releasing secret information.
