Indie games need to be kicked out of E3. Ya that's right, I said it, and I meant it. Hell even I like a rare one or 2 out of the dozens and dozens they always bombard you with (what's that saying about throwing shit at the wall? lol), but that's not the point. E3 is for the big guns. It's gaming's blockbuster stage, not the "hey let's all stand up and applaud the little guys" stage. I don't wanna see 5-10 minutes of a major conference (and this applies to both MS and Sony) wasted on this garbage just to catch a 10 second glimpse of the one that might not be shit.
Now if you wanna take one particular game and showcase it IS that one game (and let's face it they're not hard to pick out) then by all means go ahead and show just that one game. Show that Ori trailer, or Journey, or whatever the hell that one game might be any given year but for god's sake leave that damn indie "highlight" reel in the far corner of the backroom where it belongs.
