I'll probably more than likely get Dark Souls 2 before Borderlands. I just now started playing the first one and I am really getting into it.

I agree, I played both Batman games and loved them. I would definitely play them again if they came to X1. As for ME, I played the first 2 on 360, but waited to play the third one because I was going to wait for this collection to come out on X1, so I hope it comes pretty soon.

You always heard from Rare and their devs that it was their decision to do most of the stuff they did. People never want to believe that but you have to see that from a developers perspective, it can be very exciting for at least some devs to work on new tech and not always the same stuff for decades even if it won't be a new masterpiece in story telling or whatever... This whole "ohh a dev would never want to work on this shit", sure, if you have to look at your ,oney as studio maybe not but Microsoft was obviously happy to give rare money for Kinect games. 

It's like with Oculus, many guys work on some stuff for it and much of it is totally stupid but it's just exciting to work with such a device.

Not that I want to compare Kinect with Oculus, Oculus is awesome in my opinion but I'm talking about some of the stuff you see for it. 

Things are literal and figurative as people see fit

The map makes the world not look very big compared to an Elder Scrolls map the shows the lands not included. 

Most importantly it will be nice to visit villages you see early in the game whenever. Not being able to go back to old villages in two made 2 only a psuedo- open-world game.

I saw someone praisin' L.A. Noire back there and I almost got cancer. L.A. Noire is probably the most atrocious attempts of Rockstar's history and a terrible game overall.

I don't think it's that cancerigenous but the attempt of making it to be better than GTA series, got my head spinning.

Maybe it's because I've been too spoiled with the Phoenix Wright/Hotel Dusk games, but goddamn, the amount of hand-holding in that game made me extremely sad, because the atmosphere was very well-done and I really, really wanted to like it. But there weren't any incentives to do everything right, nor be careful nor trying to sort things out by yourself because the game kept spelling it for you. Also, outside those beautiful faces, there was underneath a very ugly game, and I'm not talking about graphics alone. Gunplay wasn't good, the soundtrack wasn't memorable, and the poor attempt at a personal plot halfway the game wasn't well-thought. I appreciate the effort in trying something new, but for me, it simply wasn't good.

Phoenix Wright is great.

Played through LA Noire again recently and really enjoyed it. It wasn't perfect but it was good fun for what it was; so I'm gonna have to disagree there. 

Would be nice to have a sequel though.
