I have no idea what I'm talking about? You seem to be confused today because nothing I said was wrong, in fact it is you who already lost this argument. Grand theft auto is ranked higher on metacritic at 98. My opinion on mario galaxy is the same as you with TLOU, opinionated and laughable even though the story is the same in Mario galaxy as previous mario games. I was also telling the truth about games getting scored lower at the end of a gen which in no way is wrong or leads me to believe I have no idea what I'm talking about. Come back if you have anything to back up your ridiculous claims.

I think your lack of excitement stems from how you're playing 2 cinematic games at the same time so its impossible for you to enjoy these games without comparing them. Both games are good, try to finish one before playing the other.

I countered all of your arguments in my previous posts, please read and when you finally understand, we can have a sensible discussion.  I'm not going to keep repeating myself to some fanboy.  Both games were amazing, neither of which were my personal favorite game of this generation, but I have to be unbiased, and the fact remains that mario galaxy is ranked higher than TLOU and ranked higher than any other game on gamerankings, you clearly are in denial.

How did you exactly counter anything? If you read all the posts you didn't get anywhere and instead just helped prove my point. You yourself said games do get scored lower at the end of gens because of your "mistype" and gta is scored the highest on metacritic over both galaxy games just like the galaxy games are scored higher on gamerankings . Super Mario galaxy also does have the same story as previous games and Quarter to 3 does score in the opposite direction of 97% of reviewers. Where exactly did I not understand or was wrong? You lost this argument plain and simple and calling me a fanboy is not tolerated here.

Don't forget the multiplayer. It is vastly superior to UC 3 online BS. More like Uncharted 2's. Success lies in resource collection whereas UC 2 was all about power weapons. Only thing I hate is one time boosters, customizable loadouts, and no dead man weapon pick up. Purchasing upgrades mid battle is also trash as well. They don't break the game though...but they still suck and I hate how this kind of shit has become the norm in multiplayer games.

I said games get lower because they simply aren't as good games.  Up until your last post, you failed to acknowledge that both galaxy games are scored higher on gamerankings, nor did you acknowledge that I averaged them both to determine that galaxy 1 is the highest ranked game of this gen.  You claimed that mario galaxy has the same story, which is correct, but you fail to understand that It's gameplay overcomes it's lack of story, just like how TLOU's story overcomes it's lack of interesting gameplay.  You are correct that Quarter to 3 generally scores the opposite  direction, but you failed to acknowledge that even without that score TLOU would still be ranked lower than both mario galaxy games.  That's where you go wrong, you lost the argument, and if calling you a fanboy when you clearly are acting like one isn't tolerated, then so be it.  You have clearly lost this argument,

Ok, I feel like we are just heading down a downward spiral, I am sorry for my comments about calling you a fanboy and everything else that I said that might have offended you.

When it comes to gameplay, the game has to feel fresh and new for it to get a 10 in terms of gameplay.  With the last of us, every puzzle involves a conveniently located plank, ladder or raft, that you use to get over an obstacle.  It almost feels like it was completely pointless to put those puzzles in at all.   The combat itself is near identicle to uncharted, and what makes it worse is that because of how frequent the checkpoints are saved, if you die you basically don't lose any progress at all.  Now, the AI is pretty bad, you can assasinate people by approaching them diagnoly rather than directly behind them.  Also, if you get in view of an enemy human and then quickly get out of site, he won't notice you.  And don't even get me started about Ellie.....anyways, the point is that while the gameplay is pretty good, they took some stuff from ZombiU that I really enjoyed, nothing is original, and there were a lot of bugs that should have been fixed.  But the issue with docking points for mario not having a story, is like saying that Chess should lose points because their is no story in the board game Chess......it's not a good argument, games don't HAVE to have stories, they HAVE to be fun, and while games don't need good stories to be fun, they do need good gameplay to be fun otherwise you might as well read a book or watch a movie.
