Even if Nintendo packed a live scorpion into each box, I don't think the Vita would be good enough to capitalize. And I say that as an owner of the latter. People will gladly risk death by poison to play the new Pokemon. :p

"Yes Finally X, hey brother got Y yet?" *looks at floor, brother dead with scorpion over corpse "He should of watched out for the Warning Sign" Õ.õ "Now he wont be able to enjoy Pokemon..... Dumbass" FAILLLLLLLLLLLL

Maybe... if they traded somehow.. and gave Sony the 3DS.. and Nintendo got Vita... cause that is the only way Vita would catch up...of course.. then it would not be the PS Vita anymore... so I don't think it would count... of course if Nintendo stopped making the 3DS.. or launched a new DS really early it's possible to...
Nintendo Wii by generations...
1. Wii
2. Wii U
3. Wii O U
Predictions made by gamers concerning the current Nintendo line up of games.
Pikmen 3= Little Bump to nothing. (Got Little Bump)
Wind Waker HD= Won't sell anything (The explosion happened here and at one time 4 Wii U games was in the Amazon top 100)
Super Mario 3D World= Won't help at all looks cheap. (Currently the most sought after Wii U game and continuing the Wii U increase.)
If they gave Sony a Super Mario Universe VITA, The Legend Of Zelda:HD Collection VITA, and Pokemon Blue/Red VITA REMASTERED.

If Nintendo Stopped making 3DS...... Well lets say mid 2014 since we kno the announce games, pokemon, mh4, ssb4, loz, many more and currently sales are
32.4mil = 3DS
5.5mil = Vita
3DS by mid 2014 will have sold at least 45mil. Vita will need to sell 32-35mil just to beat O.o But then again it be the only handheld on the market lol. Vita imo will boost up with the price cut and more games. With around 2017-2018 best i see Vita doing is 25% marketshare

That's Why I ask him.. because I own a PSVita and I'm sure that the MemCards are as small as a MicroSD... I'm sure I would know sometime ago about it, if it exist... |
Could have sworn I found one. Apparently not.
Still, the Vita card being the same size as a microSD isn't a good enough reason for a passive adapter to not exist: you can trim cards down to fit. I know multiple people who have trimmed their SIM cards down into MicroSIM slots.

That could be a option..but stil inexistent... So the only options left are: Massive price cut on Vita's memory cards or New model with SD or MicroSD slots...
The first option with the time could end being the more viable...the MemoryStick PRODUO ofr PSP and cameras had 512mb at the begining and ended with 4gb minimum... so 32gb could be the minimum on two or tree years from now on at the same price as the 4gb MemCard...
the vita won't outsell the 3DS. i own the Both but i love the Vita more...its my preference though millions of people prefer the 3ds more...hence the reason why it blows the vita.

The physical parameters are not the only restriction. The PS Vita memory cards contain circuitry that holds encryption keys. An adapter wouldn't have that circuitry, nor would the microSD card, inside making it completely unsuable even if you could get beyond the physical problem.

Yes, because the PS3's private key totally didn't get hacked and publicly released. And that had the added advantage of separating the public key from the private one. Encryption is great to keep individual packets of information secure when you've got a server to handle the encrypyion. It's not so good when the encryption is done inside a little memory chip and it's a server farm doing the cracking.
I would totally love to see somebody make a beowulf cluster of raspberry pis to crack the Vita card, though. Or, even worse, use the PS3's private key to side-load Linux on it, then set up a beowulf cluster of PS3's. Irony is served.
