3DS: hard to say, but by 2014 I'm sure 3DS will have at least gone to 50m so 65m seems reasonable.
Though I'm really not sure how I want to guess on anything else.

Out of curiosity. for the 3DS to get to that milestone what exactly are you expecting it to sell split across the rest of 2013-14?

The 3DS would have to sell on average almost 500,000 each week for your prediction to come true. Thats not considering the xmas boosts but how big of a boost are you expecting?

I only say those guesses because it's Jan 1 2015 rather than Jan 1 2014.  A lot could happen and I don't guess too high for the next gen consoles because they would only have 1 year in the market either way.

I don't think Wii U will be that high, I think it will be around 12m.

12m would mean you expect the Wii U to sell as it has been for the next year and a half.

I think 3DS will do about 16-18 million this year. Pokemon+Zelda will give a very good holiday season in the west and Pokemon+Monster Hunter 4 in Japan will be huge. Next year I think will be 3DS peak year and could do about 18-20 million. A redesign on the smaller model and a $30-40 price cut would push consoles. As for 2014 games, Smash Bros, Pokemon Z, Dragon Quest 11, Final Fantasy spinoff/remake, Yoshi, Kid Icarus, Kirby, Metroid, Advance Wars, Revelations 2 are titles that could release next year, although some could be 2015. Either way I see a minimun of 60 million by the end of 2014.

Wiiu would be lucky to have 10m.

3DS: i think The 3DS on its 5th year isnt gonna be 64 Million maybe 50, but not 64. Simply because after so many are bought or after so much time has went on, Sales drop.

Vita: i think the sales are gonna be lower for the vita, its not even on its second year out, but theres only been 5 million sold. i think 10 - 12 Million

WiiU sounds right at about 15 - 20 Million sold

PS4: i think withthe PS4 being so popular, i think its gonna have a good lifetime. So if you are talking 2015, PS4 should be at 25 Million.

XB1: I think its gonna have a bad first year with only 3-4 Million sold, but 2014 they will make decent numbers. so 2015 should be 10 - 12 Million.

Even with Pokemon X and Pokemon Y, Super Smash Bros, Monster Hunter 4, Bravely Default, Mario Party, and more?
