3DS: hard to say, but by 2014 I'm sure 3DS will have at least gone to 50m so 65m seems reasonable.

Wii U: 22m

I only say those guesses because it's Jan 1 2015 rather than Jan 1 2014.  A lot could happen and I don't guess too high for the next gen consoles because they would only have 1 year in the market either way.
