"How much can you possibly know about yourself if you've never been in a fight?"

"After fighting everything else in your life has the volume turned down. You could deal with anything. After fighting you really feel incredible - somehow you just get turned off - in a good way. You stop worrying, you start living in the moment, you somehow feel more powerful - just as Tyler said - you feel like you can deal with anything."

Just so you know, don't take this post serious.  Fight Club's message was never about fighting.  It was about living in the moment.  You really shouldn't fight unless it is actual sport with rules etc.

Weren't you the guy who got beat up by a fat kid?

The fuck?

Yeah, realized I had the wrong Jay. My bad. :P

Let him beat you, make sure you have a camera ready. Afterwards, sue him. He will have to pay so hard, it's gonna hurt him much more than anything you could do physically to him.

I'm not going to be doing it just to sue him. It would feel like steeling. ill either fight or I wont.

My only advice is:

1. Don't go for the kick
2. Don't drink a 5-hour Energy drink
3. Dont listen to any advice from this website. It will lead to your downfall.

You made a huge deal out of something that didn't need to be.  Asking advice from a bunch of strangers about a specific person also makes little to no sense.  it is one thing to ask someone tips on a situation but the way you asked for plans and layouts etc was annoying.  Unauthorized fights dont work like that.  Most of the time it is no more than 30-60 seconds with someone getting knocked on the ground and a bunch of scrambling.  There is no plan in unauthorized fights.  Basically your entire thread reminded me of a kid who didn't have the slightest clue and thought it would play out like some hollywood movie in your mind.

You're 16, fights are a joke at that age, it's all about ego. If he trash talks you, just fight him, on the spot. Throw the first punch, don't take shit from him. Probably get in trouble if it's at school, but also at school there are people to break it up. Unless his friends gang up on you, no one really wins a fight at your age, it's more so who threw the first punch, who's the tough guy.

So my advice is, whenever the opportunity presents itself, go for it.

As for advice, if you do get ganged up on, or are loosing badly, cover your head and face. You don't want a concussion, or even a balck eye, any face damage is going to embarass you. If you're winning, don't go overboard, don't kick him while he is down, you're not trying to make an enemy, you're trying to stand up for yourself.

You should study some marital arts.

One of the most easy to learn is the Scottish technique called FA-QUE!

It's mostly just head butting and then kicking people when they're on the ground.

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”
